LEAKAGE TESTING

At Camlano every faucet is pressure tested with air for leaks and tested for durability.

GRINDING AND POLISHING

The grinding and polishing is performed on brushes, abrasive belts, or polishing maps by taking the pieces from the appropriate loader and carries out the working cycle on the polishing stations. This increases the visual appeal of the product and is properly handled to maintain aesthetic appearance.

VISUAL INSPECTION

Before plating, parts are visually checked for surface imperfections, which are removed by sanding, any products which have defects are instantly removed.

ELECTRO PLATING

The faucets and other components are sent for final assembly. Assembly can involve both manual and automated processes. For some faucets, prelubricated rubber seals or O-rings are installed by hands, which are precisely controlled. The spout, if separate, is first installed, followed by the ceramic cartridge. The Cartridge is screwed in place with a brass using a pneumatic gun, and then the handle is attached by hand.

WATER PRESSURE AND LEAKAGE TESTING

After final assembly, every faucet is water pressure tested with air for leaks and tested for durability.
